Update:

We are experiencing shipping delays on products from JulieMay, as a result of the Royal Mail postal service strikes.  Current updates from Royal Mail indicate a 10-day delay, potentially longer for international orders. As a result, tracking information is also being updated less frequently. For more information about the worker strike click here.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping rates are below.

DoneGood offers free shipping to U.S. addresses for orders of $49 and up.

For orders under $49, DoneGood provides flat rate U.S. shipping for $5.95.

DoneGood currently can only provide shipments to U.S. (we hope to get to the rest of the world soon! 😊 ).

If you've been with us for a while, you might notice we're not shipping to Canada anymore. Due to difficulties with international shipping, including shipping and customs fees, we have suspended shipping to Canada for now, but hope to be back soon!

 

How do the items I order get to me? 

DoneGood is a marketplace where lots of ethical and sustainable brands can sell their products.  So items purchased on DoneGood are shipped by the brand who made them.

If you ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Once an item ships, you'll receive a tracking number for each package via email.

If you have questions about your order, please reach out to us via email at team@donegood.co.  We will get back to you with an answer as quickly as we can.

You are responsible if you put in the wrong shipping address. If the item is returned to the brand shipping it, you may be responsible for the costs to reship that item to a corrected address. We are not responsible for covering the cost of orders that are delivered to the address provided if you input the wrong address.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since items ship directly from the company that made the item(s) you ordered, the time it takes you to receive them will depend on that company’s processes. So unfortunately DoneGood cannot guarantee shipments arrival times. However, most packages should be received within 5 – 10 business days, if not sooner.

Please note that once your order has shipped, we have exactly the same information as you as provided by the shipping carrier.

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES


How do I return or exchange an item I've purchased?

Email us at team@donegood.co and we’ll help you through the return or exchange process. Please include your order number and the name of the item you would like to return or exchange.

 

What’s the return policy/how many days do I have to return something?

Since DoneGood is a marketplace where ethical and sustainable brands can sell their products, returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the brand who made the item(s) you purchased.

That includes things like how many days you have to return a product, whether free return shipping is offered, what can be returned or what must be exchanged, etc.

Each brand’s return policy is listed on every product page (the page where you see details about each product and where you click “Add to Cart”). Please note that some sale items may be final and unable to be returned, if that’s our partner brand’s policy.
