Uranise is one of the talented Haitian jewelry artisans. She tells us of her upbringing, "I was born and raised in Source Matela, Haiti. My father worked to raise my older sister and me. He lost his job when I started high school. I had come too far to stop going to school, so I started to work as a vendor in the market to pay for school. When I graduated high school, I wasn’t able to pay for university because it was much more expensive. This led me to find a job with Vi Bella." When asked what brings her joy, she answered, "I love waking up in the morning knowing I have a job. I love coming to work. Coming to work every day means I will have the ability to take care of myself and my family.” It is only fitting that the Uranise Earrings be named after her, as she is one of the most talented beaders on the jewelry team!

On retail orders, replacements for the same item are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 90 days of the ship date on the invoice. Exchanges (for a different item) are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 60 days of the ship date on the invoice. Please email team@donegood.co to initiate a return/exchange for you. Refunds are allowed if the original receipt or order number and jewelry item(s) is returned within 30 days of the ship date on the invoice. All clearance sales are final.
Upon receipt of the return/exchange order, Vi Bella will mail your new item with a postage paid envelope to return the incorrect or defective item. Vi Bella covers return postage for: defective item; item damaged in shipping; or item incorrectly sent. Vi Bella does not cover postage if you ordered an item incorrectly or changed your mind.
If you are making a return because you ordered the wrong item or because you changed your mind, your card will be charged $5.95 to cover shipping.
