Bogotá is the capital city of Colombia, located on a mountain plateau that sits 2.630 m above sea level. Bogotá is surrounded by beautiful mountains full of cold forest vegetation. Its people and culture represent the diversity of Colombia since most of its inhabitants are not originally from Bogotá. Handwoven by a family of artisans in the region of Santander, Colombia, this rug was hand-knotted for two weeks. The result is a perfectly crafted round modern rug for outdoor and indoor spaces. Sold in a standard runner rug size, but available for custom sizing per request.

REFUNDS
Sale & Promotions: All sale & promotion items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Only exchanges apply.
Once your return is received and inspected, Zuahaza will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days. Original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 hours to 1 billing cycle depending on your credit card company.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange a piece for the same item or another item, send us an email. We will respond with instructions on next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Zuahaza doesn’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.
